Duties and Responsibilities 1. Site Engineering Leadership & Coordination • Lead and coordinate all site engineering activities related to finishing works. • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution. • Review and analyze drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submittals. • Supervise and support Site Engineers in the execution of daily activities. 2. Quality & Compliance • Ensure all finishing works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. • Monitor subcontractor performance and workmanship during all stages of execution. • Identify technical challenges and collaborate with the project team to implement effective solutions. • Coordinate snagging, de-snagging, inspections, and handover activities. 3. Progress Monitoring & Reporting • Monitor site progress against approved project schedules. • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. • Track subcontractor performance and proactively report delays or deviations to the Project Manager. • Support recovery plans and corrective actions when required. 4. Materials & Resources • Monitor and manage finishing materials to prevent damage, waste, or shortages. • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure availability in line with project requirements. • Coordinate labor allocation and site work activities to maintain productivity and achieve project targets. • Verify material quality and compliance with approved submittals before installation. Qualifications & Skills • Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering. • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in construction, with proven experience in high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects. • Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to review shop drawings and technical documents. • Skills: o Strong technical knowledge of finishing works and materials. o Excellent communication and coordination skills. o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. o Attention to detail and commitment to quality. o Ability to work effectively in a high-demand construction environment.
